For the 2025 Cross Country Season, we are offering two distinct training groups. One group is for experienced runners who can run at least 3 miles and are running at least 20 miles per week, the second is for youth runners and novice runners. Clicking the link below will take you to the group list where you will see the description of each group. You may only register for one group per runner and the groups will be limited to 50 runners. If you register a runner for more than one group, your registration will be canceled!
